Joint declaration: EU leaders in R&D call for ambitious FP9

Together with 23 other associations representing industrial research and innovation, the European Council for Automotive R&D (EUCAR) has signed a joint declaration calling for the development of an ambitious European Research & Innovation Framework Programme (FP9) in order to safeguard Europe's future industrial leadership.
