EUCAR Project Book 2019 launched
Release of EUCAR 2019 Project book
The European Council for Automotive Research & Development (EUCAR) has published the 2019 edition of the project book. For the first time the document has been designed and published only digital. With this change EUCAR presents up-to-date information and enables swift dissemination of relevant automotive research projects. This format will allow EUCAR to update its contents twice a year, allowing for a swift dissemination of these relevant projects.
The EUCAR project book contains an overview of all the current research and innovation projects in our priority fields for ‘Safe and integrated mobility’, ‘Sustainable propulsion’, ‘Affordability and competitiveness’ and ‘Commercial vehicles’.
The projects contribute to EUCAR’s objective for tomorrow’s mobility, improving the quality of life and ensuring our technological leadership globally. EUCAR projects provide tangible evidence of the innovation capacity in Europe with a positive impact on future economy and society. The European framework programmes for research and innovation helped us to develop solutions for societal challenges than otherwise would be possible.
The fourteen European passenger car and commercial vehicle manufacturers within EUCAR are technology and business leaders and are crucial for the European economy.
With this book we show our engagement and commitment to research and innovation projects for the benefit of European society at large.
