The Joint EU Vision on R&I for the Technological Competitiveness of the EU Automotive Sector is published

Through effective teamwork, the European Commission, together with the automotive industry associations EUCAR,  CLEPA, and the partnership associations CCAM, EGVIAfor2Zero, and BEPA, finalised the joint vision document guiding the future R&I direction in the automotive sector!

This shared vision guides research and innovation actions for a green and digital transition, boosting Europe’s automotive competitiveness, creating jobs, growth, and protecting the environment. The automotive sector’s R&I policy and investments across Europe must be guided by their impact on the economy, the environment, and society.
